An elderly man is fishing on friend’s pond when he snags his lure in a low-hanging tree.
As he moves his boat closer to the branch, he hears a voice say,” Psst, Mister down here on the rock”.
There sits a frog. As he leans over the frog says, “Mister, I am a BEAUTIFUL Princess with a curse on me…if you kiss me I’ll become a BEAUTIFUL Princess again and be your’s forever”.
The man grabs the frog, stuffs it into his coat pocket, unsnags the lure and continues to fish.
After several hours of fishing the man starts back to boat ramp and the frog, once again says, “All you have to do is kiss me and I’ll become your very own BEAUTIFUL Princess and I’ll do WHATEVER you ask”.
The man stuffs the frog back into his coat pocket.
Finally when he arrives home and is stowing his gear he retieves the frog and puts it into an old aquarium, puts a top on it and sets it up on his work bench.
The frogs asks “what are you doing…I’ll be your Princess, all you have to do is kiss me”, to which the fisherman replies, ” look frog, I’m 78yrs old, a widower and I fish whenever I want, at this point in my life, I’d rather have a talking frog”!!
